I use mind-body tools to help regulate your nervous system and teach your brain that it’s safe, which gently starts to alleviate the physical symptoms.

This no-obligation session is an opportunity to talk through your symptoms and experiences, explore how the Pain Free Programme may support your recovery, and ensure we are the right fit to work together.
